For new acquisitions, Revesco intends to initially target retail shopping centers, mixed-use, distressed debt and development opportunities with purchase prices of between US $10 and $50 million. Revesco intends to adopt an initial leverage strategy between 50% and 70% of total purchase price financed by loans with fixed interest rates and terms of five years or longer. 

By utilizing their expertise and experience in the real estate industry, Revesco Properties Trust seeks assets with these desired investment profiles: 

Core Plus: Core Plus refers to an investment strategy in the real estate sector where investors target properties that have stable cash flows but still offer potential for value enhancement. It involves acquiring properties that may require some improvements or repositioning to increase their value and yield.

Value-Add: Value-Add is an investment approach focused on acquiring properties that require significant improvements or repositioning to enhance their value. Investors actively manage and make strategic changes to the property, such as renovations, lease renegotiations, or operational improvements, with the goal of increasing rental income and overall property value.

Opportunistic: Opportunistic refers to an investment strategy that involves seeking out high-risk, high-reward opportunities. Investors in opportunistic strategies aim to take advantage of unique market conditions, distressed or undervalued assets, or complex situations that provide the potential for substantial returns. This strategy often involves more aggressive investment approaches and may require significant expertise and active management to achieve desired outcomes.

Development: Development in the context of real estate refers to the process of constructing new properties or renovating existing structures. It involves activities such as land acquisition, planning, design, obtaining permits, physical construction, and potentially leasing or selling the completed project. Development projects can range from building residential, commercial, or industrial properties to creating mixed-use or multifamily developments.
