TFSA vs RRSP: What's Best For Investing?
"The best choice between an RRSP and a TFSA depends on your individual financial situation, investment goals, and tax situation. Seeking the advice of a financial advisor can also be helpful."

RRSP (Registered Retirement Savings Plan) and TFSA (Tax-Free Savings Account) are both savings plans in Canada that offer tax benefits.
However, there are several key differences between the two:
Contribution Limits: RRSP contribution limits are based on your income and age, whereas TFSA contribution limits are set by the government and do not change based on your income or age.
Tax Deduction: Contributions to an RRSP are tax-deductible, whereas contributions to a TFSA are not tax-deductible.
Taxation of Withdrawals: Withdrawals from an RRSP are taxable as income, whereas withdrawals from a TFSA are tax-free.
Eligibility: To contribute to an RRSP, you must have earned income, whereas anyone over the age of 18 who is a Canadian resident can contribute to a TFSA.
Purpose: RRSPs are primarily designed for retirement savings, whereas TFSAs can be used for any savings goal, including short-term and long-term savings.
Investment Options: Both RRSPs and TFSAs offer a wide range of investment options, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and exchange-traded funds (ETFs).
