WestUrban is excited to offer the opportunity to join us in developing The Cascara, a 140 unit project well located in the beautiful city of Salmon Arm, B.C.

The Cascara will be our first project in Salmon Arm and third project in the BC Interior. This project boasts a prime location close to the downtown core and with all amenities within a stone’s throw.

We plan to start construction in Q4 2023 with an expected 14 month build time followed by a three month period to lease up the building. With investment equity collected a month prior to construction, this totals an 18 month investment period.

The Location

The Cascara is located only 1.8km from Downtown Salmon Arm and within 6km of all emergency services and grade school education facilities. The surrounding properties are primarily commercial and retail uses with shopping and all amenities within the immediate area. Salmon Arm sits on the southern shores of the beautiful Shuswap Lake, a popular tourist and recreational destination. Given the ease of access to surrounding amenities, the subject area is considered a popular and quality location for a rental apartment development.
